1.Changbai Mountain
Changbai Mountain Scenic Area is located in Antu County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province. Changbai Mountain has been a sacred territory of China since ancient times and is one of the ten famous mountains in China. Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano that has formed its current landscape after several eruptions.
2.Jingyuetan Lake
Jingyuetan Scenic Area, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is named after its crescent shape. With a forest coverage rate of 96%, it is known as the sister lake of Taiwan’s Sun Moon Lake and is praised as “the largest artificial forest in Asia.”
3.Liuding Mountain
Liudingshan Cultural Tourism Area is located in Dunhua City, Jilin Province. The scenic area integrates Bohai culture, Buddhist culture and Qing ancestor culture. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Northeast China.
4.Changchun Film Century City
Changchun Film Century City, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a famous domestic movie theme park. It was built by drawing on the essence of Universal Studios Hollywood and Disneyland in the United States.
5.The Imperial Palace Museum of Manchukuo
The Manchukuo Imperial Palace Museum, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a relic museum built on the site of the former palace where China’s last emperor, Aisin-Gioro Puyi, lived when he served as the puppet emperor of the puppet state of Manchukuo.
6.World Sculpture Park
The World Sculpture Park, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, houses more than 320 sculptures created by more than 270 sculptors from more than 110 countries around the world. They have different styles and can be regarded as world-class masterpieces.
7.Goguryeo Cultural Relics and Historic Sites
The Goguryeo Cultural Relics and Historic Site Scenic Area, located in Ji’an City, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is the remains of the slave state Goguryeo Dynasty. It includes Guonei City, Wandu Mountain City, royal tombs (14) and noble tombs (26).
8.Songhua Lake
Songhua Lake Scenic Area is located in Jilin City, Jilin Province. There are currently 11 scenic spots. Walking from the Fengman Wharf of Songhua Lake towards the lake area, there are tourist areas such as Wuhu Island, Wolongtan, Camel Peak, Fengwu Pool, Shilongbi, Motianling, and Ehe Island.
9.Chagan Lake
Chagan Lake is called “Chagan Nur” in Mongolian, which means a white and holy lake. It is located at the junction of Da’an County, Qianguo County and Qian’an County. It is one of the top ten freshwater lakes in the country.
10.Yehenala City
Yehenala City, located in Yehe Town, Tiedong District, Siping City, Jilin Province, is the birthplace of Empress Xiaocigao (Menggu Gege), the mother of Huang Taiji. It is also the ancestral home of Cixi and is known as the “hometown of the queen”.
11.Heron Lake
The Heron Lake Tourist Resort is located in the hinterland of the Jilin urban agglomeration, between the two major cities of Shenyang and Changchun. It is a multifunctional ecological tourist resort integrating rural leisure, retirement and health vacation, ethnic folk culture, outdoor sports and leisure.
12.Temple of Fragrant Hill
Miaoxiangshan Scenic Area is located in Bonihe Town, Jiutai District, Changchun City, Jilin Province. It mainly utilizes ice, snow and forest tourism resources to develop and construct four major sections: “Sports Park Area, Ice and Snow Sports Area, Buddhist Culture Area, and Forest Villa Resort Area.”
13.Wunv Peak
Wunvfeng National Forest Park is located in Ji’an City, Jilin Province. There are 26 large peaks in the park, and five of them are named Girl, Jade Girl, Beautiful Girl, Spring Girl and Ginseng Girl respectively.
14.To the sea
Xianghai Nature Reserve, located in Baicheng City, Jilin Province, is known as “Changbai Mountain in the East and Xianghai in the West”. The terrain here is a typical grassland wetland landform, with three major rivers, the Horqin River, the Emutai River and the Taoer River, running through it.
15.Longwan National Forest Park
Jilin Longwan National Forest Park, located in Huinan County, Jilin Province, is the largest crater lake group in China. The park is planned to be divided into ten scenic spots – “seven bays, one waterfall and two peaks”.
16.Maoer Mountain
Jilin Maoershan National Forest Park, located in Yanji City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is characterized by the interdependence and integration of mountains, water, forests, fields and cities, reflecting the customs and style of the Korean nation.
17.Fangchuan Scenic Area
Fangchuan Scenic Area is located in Fangchuan Village, Hunchun City, Jilin Province. It is located at the junction of China, North Korea and Russia. Since ancient times, it has been known as “the crowing of cocks can be heard in three countries, and the barking of dogs can startle three borders.”
18.Mount Lafa
Jilin Lafashan National Forest Park, located in Jiaohe City, Jilin Province, is dominated by forest landscapes. More than ten species of red-leaf trees are scattered throughout the valley. It was also a place for ancient Taoists to practice. It has three natural wonders that are unique.
19.Jiguanshan
Jiguanshan National Forest Park is located in Jixing Village, Jile Township, Meihekou City, Jilin Province. It is named after its shape which resembles the comb on a rooster’s head. The highest peak is 969.1 meters, namely Jiguanalazi, which is the highest peak in Meihekou City.
20.Lushui River
Jilin Lushui River National Forest Park is located in Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province. It has a large area of Changbai Mountain red pine broad-leaved mixed forest and preserves the largest red pine mother forest in Asia. It is known as the hometown of red pine.
