Eating in Chongqing (Counties and Districts) – Wushan

The taste of Wushan is the freshness pickled from the mountain clouds and the spiciness from the steam rising from the Yangtze River. Every bite carries a mix of “fairy air” and “earth air”!

1、Wushan Jade Jelly

Recommended reason: Made from the leaves of the “stinking yellow broom” unique to Wushan, it is as green as jade, smooth as cream, sour and spicy, and appetizing, and can be called the “Little Dragon Girl of the jelly world”.

4、Wushan Crisp Plum
