1.Nanyue Hengshan
Mount Heng, also known as Nanyue, Shouyue, and Nanshan, is one of the “Five Sacred Mountains” in China. It is located in the southeastern central part of Hunan Province, China, and stretches between the Hengyang and Xiangtan basins. The main body is located in Nanyue District of Hengyang City and Hengshan and Hengyang County. Hengshan has 72 peaks, layered and majestic, known as the “Five Sacred Mountains”, “Religious Holy Land”, “Civilized Olympic Zone”, and “Chinese Shouyue”. It is now a national key scenic spot, a national nature reserve, a demonstration site for national civilized scenic tourism, and a national 5A level tourist attraction.
2.Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot, Zhangjiajie
The core scenic spot of Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park), the first national forest park in China, a national 5A level scenic spot, and a world natural heritage scenic spot, have a forest coverage rate of more than 98%. It has a strange quartz sandstone maple forest, known as “three thousand strange peaks, eight hundred beautiful waters”, and is one of the popular scenic spots in Zhangjiajie. Many popular movies, including Avatar, Red Road, Journey to the West, Zhong Kui Subdues the Devil, and Catching the Demon, have been taken here, making Zhangjiajie’s beautiful scenery famous at home and abroad.
3.Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Mountain
Tianmen Mountain is a natural painting screen in Zhangjiajie, becoming one of the most representative natural landscapes in Zhangjiajie. Tianmen Mountain is not only remarkable for its magical and unique geological appearance and breathtaking natural scenery, but also renowned for its profound cultural connotations and colorful cultural relics. It is revered as the cultural and spiritual soul of Zhangjiajie and has the reputation of the first sacred mountain in western Hunan.
4.Shaoshan

The Shaoshan Scenic Area boasts a picturesque landscape with beautiful and picturesque scenery, where both cultural and natural landscapes complement each other.
5.Yuelu Mountain
Yuelu Mountain is located on the west bank of the Xiang River in Changsha City. It is the tail of the 72 peaks of Mount Heng in Nanyue and has been a famous scenic spot since ancient times. Yuelu Mountain integrates famous courtyards, pavilions, temples, palaces, springs, and trees. 6.Wanfoshan Dongzhai Scenic Area
Wanfo Mountain – Dong Village Tourist Scenic Area is composed of three parts: Wanfo Mountain Danxia Landform Area, Qianli Dong Culture Corridor, and Central Red Army Passage Transfer Site. This place has a beautiful environment, beautiful scenery, and simple folk customs. The Danxia red walls complement the mountains, rivers, and clear waters, and the Danxia landform is diverse and concentrated with various geological types. It is an ideal place that integrates imperial examinations, leisure and entertainment, and vacation tourism.
7.Jiuyi Mountain
Jiuyi Mountain, also known as Cangwu Mountain, is located in Ningyuan County, Yongzhou City, southern Hunan Province, 60 miles south of Ningyuan County. It belongs to Mengzhu Ridge of the Nanling Mountain Mountains, more than 2000 miles in length and breadth, connecting Luofu in the south and Hengyue in the north. 8.Kongshan Mountain
The Kongshan Scenic Area is located in Xinning County, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province. 14.Yueyang Tower
Yueyang Tower is located in the historic cultural city of Yueyang, which was formerly known as “Baling”. 15.Alpher
Orange Island is located in the heart of the Xiang River opposite Changsha City in Hunan Province. It is a sandbar in the Xiang River and the largest inland continent in the world. The Orange Island Scenic Area is planned and constructed into four major areas: Orange Island Core Scenic Area, Tourism Supporting Service Area, Beach Park Area, and Water Sports Area. The core scenic area of Orange Island is the most important part among the four districts.
16.ziquejie terrace
The Ziquejie Terraced Fields are located in Shuiche Town, Xinhua County, Loudi City. The surrounding terraced fields cover over 80000 acres and have the characteristics of high terrain and large scale. There is a unique self flowing irrigation system here, and there is not a single mountain pond, reservoir, or even a decent water channel in the entire mountain. 19.Dalongdong Waterfall
Dalongdong Scenic Area is the source of the mother river Dong River in Jishou City, a national water conservancy scenic spot, and the core scenic area of Shuanglong Scenic Area. The first cave waterfall in the world – Dalongdong Waterfall, with a cliff height of over 500 meters. The water erupted from the cave entrance on the mountainside, with a loud and powerful sound that could be heard several miles away. The waterfall has a drop of 208 meters, a maximum width of 88 meters, and a maximum flow of 398 cubic meters per second, making it the most beautiful waterfall in the world. It has been rated as one of the top ten most beautiful waterfalls in China.
20.Dongjiang Lake
Dongjiang Lake is located in Zixing City, Chenzhou, southern Hunan Province. It is known as the “Pearl of the South”, “Dongting Lake in southern Hunan”, and “a lake in the sky, with countless sights in it”. The vast and misty Dongjiang Lake is an artificial lake with a water volume half that of Dongting Lake and is known as the Dongting Lake in southern Hunan. The pure, vast and diverse Dongjiang Lake meets the national first-class water quality standards in all aspects, and the lake water can be directly consumed below 5 meters. The vegetation on both sides of Dongjiang Lake is rich, consisting of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests. 21.Mengdong River
Mengdong River Scenic Area is located in the middle section of the Youshui River upstream of the Yuan River in Yongshun County, western Hunan. After the completion of the Fengtan Hydropower Station, a high gorge and flat lake were formed. Starting from Wu’er Gate and ending at Longmen Gorge, the total length is over 100 kilometers, with a scenic area of 255 square kilometers. With mountains and waters, it is known as the “Nine Nine Eight Bends with Doubtful No Way, Five Five Pools with One Line of Sky”. Especially when drifting, there is no danger and tension.
